How Does The Rental Work
All applications are completed online. Once an app is completed one of our lovely assessment team will contact you within two business days. With preloved rentals, you can choose a 3 or 6-month minimum rental period. For new gear the minimum rental period is 6-months. You can apply to buy the goods at any time. Even after the first rental payment, the minimum rental period only refers to how long you must rent before the goods can be returned.
Do You Have The Goods In Stock
Our preloved stock is available and waiting in the warehouse for a new home. The images that you see when you click on a preloved item are of the goods you will receive. Once your application is approved the gear is usually shipped within five business days. If you are applying for a brand new item we will need to order the goods in once you're approved. It usually takes 5-10 business days for us to receive the gear. If we're expecting a delay we will let you know as soon as possible.
What If I Want To Return
If you want to return your gear after the minimum rental period our customer service team will be happy to help. Just give them a call on 1300 858 911 and they will provide details on how to arrange the return to our warehouse. We do recommend you keep the original packaging as the goods will need to be safely packed for their return trip. The return freight charge is generally equivalent to the dispatch cost.

Once your application is approved you will also be sent a comprehensive guide showing values for each of the 36 months.
